Hi there.
The first thing that went wrong was that the delivery date was shown to be very quick (which is why you got the order) - it was only when i had actually ordered the item that you subsequently informed me of the true delivery date, which was too far ahead to be of any use to us as we needed the toilet fixed before New Year's Eve as it was my birthday and we were having a party.
However luckily i rang and spoke to Laurie who was extremely polite and helpful and he took the trouble to check with the supplier for me if the item was in stock (which it was) and then arranged for the item to be delivered very very quickly. He deserves a medal as we were then able to fix the problem. He also took the trouble to wish me a happy birthday, which was above and beyond the call of duty.

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. I was looking for an old fashioned brass bib tap without a threaded spout. Never thought I was going to locate one. Eventually found a part number for one and searched on line. Mytub was up there on the few sites providing results, went to their site, bought it and it arrived exactly when Mytub said it would. Its now fitted and weve just had a cup of tea with the water from it. Job done! Thanks Mytub. Ill definitely be using you again.

I was looking some parts for my Be Modern gas fire. It is an old model and parts aren’t easy to find. But I was able to obtain all the items I needed from the MyTub website.
