The price and service i received from MyTub was mostly very acceptable, the only concern was knowing a definite delivery date sooner and perhaps a slightly quicker delivery would have been good.

Pleased to receive the Wavin Actuator. The heating was installed about 2.5 years ago, and we have lived here 6 months. It had never worked properly due to being installed wrongly. It is now OK. Wavin sent me a circuit diagram, so I could diagnose the fault.

Thank you for your delivery which arrived on Thursday 21st February. It was a very efficient service when it came through. However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought.
