I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. Very quick reponse, item delivered promptly. Very good service.
Only issue is the soft close is very, very slow to close. I have one other of these fitted to the main bathroom and that works OK. Cannot see how this can be adjusted.

The supply of sanitaryware comes from the manufacture without packing we also use internal transport rather than couriers which is why the items get there in one piece.
