I have had absolutely outstanding and excellent suport from one of your technical team, Mr. Laurence Fineran, over some basin taps.
His responses and advice have been superb, I cannot praise him enough. Please pass on my thanks.

The parts were just as we needed and arrived packed well and within good time.
They were reasonably priced and we would most certainnly use this service again for any of our plumbing needs.

It took a very long time to arrive weeks even though I am sure that I read that the product was in stock on purchase. This will probably stop me shopping with you again. This was not a complicated product, and hsould have been with me within three days of purchase.

We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. The item was as described, well packed and easily fitted. I would recommend the company and would use again.
