I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Payment options - like a lot of people I use a debit card for payment. Debit card isnt one of the options, you have to use the "credit card" option and presume that also covers debit cards.
Make it clear and incorporate "debit card" as an option please.

The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. It is appreacheated the time and expertise that your staff gave to my enquiry and are to be highly commended. I have no problem in highly recommending your company to any contacts that are in need of plumbiing items or plumbing asvice
