The parts were delivered when promised, all communication prior to delivery was helpful in managing my expectations.
Parts appear to be correct, though not yet fitted.
Would recommend MyTub to others.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on my order.
The people I have dealt with and the actual products are fine but the overall service I have received is the most chaotic of any internet order I have ever made!
To cut a long story short, a large number of e mails led to my order being delivered on 3rd September - or so I thought!
2 of the 3 items were actually delivered with no mention of the third.
After more e mails, delivery was arranged for pm today 7th September. Just to add insult to injury, The missing item was delivered at 11:20am and it was only by chance I arrived as the van was about to leave.
To sum up, my straightforward order took a stack of e mails, a lot of time arranging various people to wait in to receive it and eventually a bit of luck to complete it!

I was very impressed with the way you dealt with my order, quickly and efficiently I dont usually order over the internet. Your price was also competitive especially as it included free delivery. Overall very pleased I ordered from myTub.

Your service really is excellent, keeping me up to date literally every step of the way. Very unique.
The product I ordered was exactly what I needed.
The website is ok, useable but a bit busy and could look a bit more up market. A minor issue.
Over all Im a very happy customer who will use you again. Thank you.
