Service very good and the website easy to use. Parts in stock this time so received quickly. Unfortunately waterless urinal spares are expensive but thats not the fault of the supplier. Manufacturers need to lower the price to make waterless economical.

We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain.
