Following damage on the first delivery the replacement arrived very well packed but still with two bent pins at the end of the bulb!!! This obviously did not happen in transit. It seems that a consignment delivered to you must have been damaged. I advise checking before delivery. I have managed to sort out a bulb so that it is usable and it seems OK.

I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. Only gripe I have is that with buying Armitage Shanks products I would have expected that they would have the company name embossed on them as in the past. To me Armitage Shanks is a quality product, the reason I bought them in the first place and I have also written to them to that effect with feedback.
