Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. Not sure what happened with this one but initial 30 day lead time to obtain everyday plumbing materials isnt acceptable to my customers, especially as these products are manufactured in the uk. The order was fulfilled with 13 days after agreeing to pay an additional £9 VAT delivery charge. This is however, common in the UK plumbing supply industry & by no means exclusively a MyTubWolseleyMcAlpine problem. All products turned up as described and the communication by MyTub was very good. This has not put me off ordering from MyTub who are usually very good & this may have been out of their control.

Ordered a Roca bath & legset using the website which was very easy to use. Received lots of email confirmation and delivery information which was excellent. Used the on-line chat to see if we could arrange an afternoon delivery which was immediatly responded too by Debs and delivery was arranged as requested all very promptly. Bath was delivered at 4pm the next day, which was spot on, by a very polite and courteous chap. Thank you My Tub - would definitely use you again and would defintely recommend to others. 5 Stars!

Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

The order arrived at the date predicted. The order took some time to materialise due to. production problems at Potterton. The old central heating programmer is "behaving itself" at present but it will be replaced by the new one when it gives further trouble

First-class service : helpful, friendly, personal and effective. My only concern is that basin was delivered "bare" not in a cardboard box, or similar and the protective plastic film that should have protected the edges of the basin was perforated or torn in places it will not be clear until the basin is removed from its plastic wrap whether any cosmetic damage was incurred as a result.
