Order arrived as scheduled and the spare parts we ordered fitted perfectly. Would definitely use the company again.

I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (£5.99?)

Steve, thank you! My compliments on your excellent (and speedy) customer service.
I work in customer research / feedback myself, and I'll certainly be quoting MyTub in the future as an excellent example of turning customer feedback into action!
Cheers
