I find My Tub very useful for finding obsolete parts that are difficult to come by.
Received ok unfortunately wife didnt notice the broken seal on box. All seem to be in there apart from instruction and template to hang cistern but managed to get this online. Maybe could of had extra outer packaging.
In all far better service than last place I tried to get cistern that only took 5 weeks not to get it and another 2 weeks to get refund!!

|Order arrived very quickly once I had managed to place order. Found website very annoying to use for a first order and nearly gave up.
Cannot see why a single order for a small item cannot be ordered over the phone with a credit or debit card especially using something like PayPal.

|I was very pleased with the product but disappointed that it took over two weeks to be delivered. The web site is good and I would probably use mytub again, delivery problems not withstanding.

|Unfortunately, the CD valve of the Tristan 06732COMPL thermostatic cartridge was found broken when it was delivered.
Sorry for the inconvenience, I understand this was immediately resolved with a replacement.
