Good price, but took 3 weeks to arrive. Too long!
Good communication from customer services though

I would like to say that MyTub were extremely helpful Laurie with sourcing my spare part. Quick, efficient and polite.
The part arrived very quickly.
Thank you

Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again.

Got the right product in reasonable time at a good price - Thanks,

We were let down badly by another supplier and needed our high cistern urgently because we had fitters already on site. MyTub were great - unlike other suppliers, I was able to talk to an actual human who confirmed they had the part and was able to give an accurate delivery estimate, which was a big relief. In the end, they beat their estimate by a couple of days - it arrived the next day. Would totally use MyTub again.

Just want to commend your staff on the service given on my recent order. Even though the order value was not particularly large, the delivery mix up was sorted quickly and efficiently. Many thanks.
