I had been searching for ages for a thermostat for our boiler, but it seems our boiler is so old that there are no thermostats available that fit our model anymore. Almost about to give up, I contacted mytub. Laurie was super helpful, and found two separate parts we could purchase, and put together to fit our boiler model. The parts arrived last week, and now we finally have a working thermostat on our boiler :-. Laurie was really really helpful-thank you!

Ordered a Roca bath & legset using the website which was very easy to use. Received lots of email confirmation and delivery information which was excellent. Used the on-line chat to see if we could arrange an afternoon delivery which was immediatly responded too by Debs and delivery was arranged as requested all very promptly. Excellent service from MyTub.
Pity the toilet seat does not merit such a credit. This is the forth in 10 years, they tend to crack in the middle as the rear supports dont touch the rim of wc as they are set to high.

It took a very long time to arrive weeks even though I am sure that I read that the product was in stock on purchase. This will probably stop me shopping with you again. This was not a complicated product, and hsould have been with me within three days of purchase.
