I ordered an Astracast sink on Monday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Im happy with that turnaround time, however the sink didnt have a waste kit with it. Now that I search your site I find it for around £5, but would have to pay £12 to get it delivered. The waste kit page for WK0285 has a link to an Astracast pdf spec where I can see exactly which sinks come with a waste kit included, and for those that dont, the corresponding waste kit code to order. If that same pdf link was on the web page for SX0843SX sink that I ordered, then I would have worked this out and ordered the waste kit too. Thank you for your good service with my order. After an intitial date of four weeks delivery Christine desrves a mention as she despatched what you had to get me going and the remainder followed a week later not the four weeks as we feared - not bad service - thank you.

I am quite pleased with the service. The order arrived when promised although the driver of the lorry was a bit upset because he had a very large lorry and we live in a very small lane. In addition the address was incorrect. The house name is Avalon and is on Old Barn Lane in Churt, Surrey.

I do think your charges for posting and package expensive. After waiting a week I telephoned your office to say that my kit had not arrived. I was impressed with the lady who rang your High Wycombe branch and I received the goods the following day.

Faulty item sent out first time but the speed with which a replacement was sent was staggering. I missed delivery of it the first time because it came so fast. Excellent service from a company that obviously values its customers. Well done.
