Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Although what I ordered was the cheapest I could find online, the delivery of around 2 weeks was very long, especially when most sites nowadays offer a two or even next-day delivery. Two weeks without a fully-working shower is a long time to have to wait.
When the parts were delivered I wasnt home, so they were taken to a centre, more than a 90 minute trip from my house, which was quite inconvinient.
Still, I have the parts now, Ive fitted them and my shower is as good as new.

I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. Free delivery on orders over £25.00 should not mean second rate delivery especially when it ends up costing the customer. Companies who use the internet as the main portal for business must get the
