I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. Ordered my toilet cistern lid through my tub as they had by good reviews. Even though it took a couple of weeks to arrive due to out of stock their customer service was excellent and my order status was well informed so I know when it will be ordered. I was even able to change my order date! Would recommend to use them.

Very slow and your updates were a waste of time as they contained no tangable information.
We waited and waited and all we were told was an estimated delivery date andor that our order was overdue. This went on for weeks.
Not very good, doubt Id use you again.

I was very impressed with the service I received when buying my sink. The price was the best I had found anywhere and although I had to wait for it to come into stock the delivery was on time and the day I was told it would come.
Customer services was excellent with extremely polite update phone calles to my enquiries.
