I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock. Found you guys on the web ordered the part with next day delivery and thank goodness we have cool beers and cold milk. This was a first class service, I was updated as to when to expect delivery, and it happened as promised. The cistern was a direct replacement and I was put right by yourselves as I nearly ordered a side entry instead of a bottom entry, so thanks for that. The only drawback was that the inlet, outlet and overflow are all in the correct position but the two screw holes that hold the cistern to the wall have been moved about 38", so a straight forward exchange took longer than it should have. Not your fault its Twyfords.
