spent over 4 hours on tinternet trying to find an obsolete boiler part and "MY TUB" came up with the goods at a reasonable price and kept me informed throughout regarding the order process

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order. Very good service. The order was slightly delayed but I was kept fully informed. Unfortunately the supplier omitted some fixing screws, however MyTub responded quickly and sent out a set of screws immediately. Excellent customer service. Il not hesitate to use them again.

Good service and prices. Ordered heated mirrors and a shower screen. Delivery slightly delayed, initially notified of this. Then had to email to find out if order had arrived at depot. It had, but depot glasgow did not have a van going out to Stirling. To get the goods to me depot sent some one out in their own car to ensure I had the goods in time for my bathrooms refit. Goods arrived in perfect condition. Was very pleased.

I didnt realise the part was being delivered locally by a local supplier.
Grill is OK, however, a corner weld tack isnt very robust but itll do.

The bathroom basin arrived safely on the scheduled day, it was exactly as ordered and was fitted and in use the next day. The mytub website provided good information, the prices were highly competitive, and the service was excellent. The only improvement I could suggest would be a courier that gives an arrival time window, but it wasnt a problem for us.
