Contacted MyTub after previous fruitless web search for this particular control knob item. Excellent customerservice, email notification trail and on-time delivery. Would definitely use this website for future requirements. Well done and will be recommending to others. BF

Rachel was excellent in proactively tracking down the part we required before any other company could get it to us. She was a pleasure to deal with and demonstrated excellent customer service, a skill that is unfortunately so hard to find these days. Thanks Rachel.

The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Messages were left to advise me of progress of my order, couldnt ask for more. I kept the details on the company as I will be placing my next order here. Thank you.
