Hi everyone, the service i have received has been excellent. Everyone has been polite and delivery came on the day stated. The only problem i have is that i cannot access my account. I put my email address in and ask for another password, but nothing is sent to my inbox. Ive done this atleast 3 times Can you clarify what im doing wrong Thank you.

I have purchased four radiants for a Robinson Willey Firegem 2 fire. My Tub sourced these for me speedily and these were just as expected. I would certainly recommend My Tub for their prompt service. I cannot fault the My Tub service and would recommend it to anyone. This is my second order and I was pleased with the way a slight hiccup was dealt with in regard to non-delivery at the confirmed date due to sickness at the delivery company. On querying the non-delivery through your portal, the issue was promptly pursued and a revised date given.
I feel perhaps the wording in the online catalogue could be a little clearer in regard to alternative andor compatible products e.g in regard to my last order Alcona toilet suite under AR1145, under notes you have AR1148 alternative with horizontal as opposed to bottom outlet , AR2342 compatible cistern, AR7815 compatible seat. That said, I did manage to order exactly what I wanted.

Without this company we would have to have bought a new boiler. They were the only people to stock the part on an old but very usable boiler. Excellent communication and service. Would highly recommend them
