Hi Received ok unfortunately wife didnt notice the broken seal on box. All seem to be in there apart from instruction and template to hang cistern but managed to get this online. Maybe could of had extra outer packaging. In all far better service than last place I tried to get cistern that only took 5 weeks not to get it and another 2 weeks to get refund!! Good that you can check stocks and estimate delivery! Andy Moss...

goods received thank you. You didnt tell me the items were not in stock until after i had placed the order. Thats a bit sneaky as other suppliers tell you before you place the order and give an estimated delivery date. I suggest you start doing this as next time I will be more carful in placing an order with you until I have looked at the other sites forst....
