Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Ordered a replacement toilet seat Roca Sidney to freshen up my suite , opted for the soft close option , item arrived as expected & dighted with purchase , good communication thought from mytub , advising when ye order cleared & on what day it would be delivered , will certainly do business with mytub again

A week to supply a cartridge, far to long. I bought another cartridge locally and fitted it as I missed the delivery in the morning. I wouldnt use them again to save £20
