This is the 2nd time I have used your company and on both occasions the prices were very competitive and the service was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to any prospective customers.

Boiler nozzle arrived well packed but took over a week. I believe this was due to the item being out of stock. However it was the exact type required.

Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

The product arrived promptly and was as described.
My one complaint is the packaging that was used. For the single support tube of about 12mm x 150mm, it arrived in a box that was about 300mm x 200 x 200, packed with another folded box, inflated plastic packing and was inside a padded envelope. All that was required was the padded envelope with a stiffener inside to stop the tube getting broken. In these days of trying to reduce packaging, this went totally the opposite way
