I have ordered another toilet from this company, took a while to come as the pan came first and the cistern came later but it was worth the wait and everything was well packaged, I will defiantly use this company again.

I was happy with the service. The mirror was well packed and arrived safely. The only quibble might be the delivery period. It took some time from order to receipt. Having said that, it did arrive on the day you said it would so it's a minor complaint

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. Very satisfied, but i have to say was slow. Other places deliver withiin a few days, but thank you all the same, you were cheaper than other places, so all in all, was worth waiting a few more days for.
