I am fairly happy with your service but wonder why you CONFIRMED
DELIVERY as 26th September, but it did not arrive until the 27th
Driver had papers with 26th crossed out & replaced with 27th BUT
NOBODY LET ME KNOW!

We are sorry about this.
We had confirmed the original date with the delivering branch but the driver could not physically finish his round, hence delivery the following day. We were not informed about the delay.

thank you for my order it so nice to flush the toilet again told my son if he breaks them again he has to buy new ones looked everywhere for these handles so glad i came across your website and cheaper then ebay and at least they are new

Very impressed with service . Most suppliers just indicated the part was obsolete. You came back with a further request and searched for a replacement part which worked fine. For an on-line supplier this was explementary service . Will certainly recommend to other gas engineers.
