I was very impressed with the help and quick call back from Steve. He managed to locate a discontinued Pactrol device to fix a heating system. A1 service and thank you.

Very pleased with order and processing. Customer services very helpful and answered calls and emails promptly. However, the courier service was appalling - not the fault of MyTub. They could not find my house and did not even call me to ask for directions. Consequently, package was returned to sender, causing a weeks delay before I eventually received it.
