Good comunication but no dilivery on time.

Dear Sahid
As this item is made to order from the manufacture, there is no stock kept anywhere and we were unfortunately in the hands of the manufacture to give an accurate lead time.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Excellent service. Order arrived right on time as indicated. Letting me know the day it would come was very helpful. As well as that, the lady in the office rang me up to check out my address as it wasnt clear. I certainly recommend MyTub and would use again M I MacMillan

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.

The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Messages were left to advise me of progress of my order, couldnt ask for more. I kept the details on the company as I will be placing my next order here. Thank you.
