Goods arrived promptly and in good condition. One item was out of stock at manufacturers but they kept me informed of progress.

We were happy with the purchasing process, it was only the delay in receiving a delivery date that caused us a problem as we had a building project on and there was a chance that we needed to reschedule other tradesman. As it happened the goods arrived on the date that they were eventually promised for.

Very good, fast service. Order delivered next day.
Only one note: a professional looking invoice in PDF format would be better than the simple e-mail invoice
