The on line ordering system was excellant and completed without any problem. Confirmation of the order and shipping details received via email again excellant.
Goods all received as specified on the advised delivery date.
So all round the service was excellant.
The only criticisim I have is the the inlet valve supplied with the particular cistern I purchased will not fit if you use the right side handed flush if the inlet is on the right as well. I am now left with a part that is of no use to me.

Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. Top rate service and keen prices will mean me looking here first for future product requirements. delivery was very slow. It took 10 days from ordering to my door, which very slow if you need something urgent. the ordering on the net itself was easy.
