You didnt tell me the items were not in stock until after i had placed the order. Thats a bit sneaky as other suppliers tell you before you place the order and give an estimated delivery date. I suggest you start doing this as next time I will be more carful in placing an order with you until I have looked at the other sites forst.

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. Order was delivered to a neighbour. When I received it it was sans any packaging other than being in an opened plastic bag, but appears to be complete 5 individual items with the delivery note separate.

Thank you for sending my order and for the emails regarding its progress. The parcel was delivered to a trusted neighbours home. However the packing was so badly sealed that it had split open and all the contents were partly opened, the DIRTY bubble wrap was partly around the boxes and hanging out of the box and my neighbour - and apparently the delivery driver- were worried in case items were missing. Happily everything was undamaged and my order was complete. Im glad you stock items no-one else seems to care about. Thank you for that service.
