Excellent service from start to finish. When I phoned with an initial query it was dealt with very promptly and I was kept informed of the delivery date throughout the whole process. Delivery arrived exactly when I was told it would. Thank you very much.

There was a minor hiccup with this order, but that only highlighted the superb service that My Tub gives when all is not well. Full Marks to them!!! PS - All went well in the end.

parts took a while to turn up but i was kept informed every step of the way, ability to pick it up from a local store was very useful, so whilst not the fastest service, my customer experience was very good.

Goods arrived in perfect condition and as advised. I was updated fully at all times during the order and delivery procedure both by email and once by telephone.
Stay safe and keep well.

I would like to know whether I should dispose of it (rather wasteful) or whether you are going to collect it. Please advise.
