Very helpful and efficient. Traced a replacement Bristan soap dispenser and arranged for courier delivery. Prompt service and to be recommended.

My Quinn radiators arrived on time and in perfect condition.

The item I ordered was delivered on the day specified. I was kept informed every step of the way. As the item was a replacement part from a different manufacturer to the original part the electrical connections were in different places and as such I thought there could have been better wiring instructions supplied. Having said that I would definitely use this company in the future if the need arose.

Easy to find and order parts arrived on time but info on status of order could be improved.

Hello David
We are sorry but the office had been closed over the Christmas period which would reflect why there had been none of our usual communication.

The order arrived satisfactorily, thank you. However the length of time between order despatch arrival was very long and I am unlikely to use MyTub again for that reason.

Great service and great pricing. A pleasure to deal with, especially after suffering some truly abysmal service from a LoughboroughLeicester based bathroom supplier. I wouldnt hessiate to recommend them to others.
