Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. Absolutely fantastic service, from ordering to delivery I really have nothing negative to say. I was kept up to date every step of the way via Email. It was ordered and delivered within a 3 day period and was delivered in suitable packaging. The delivery driver was pleasent and professional. Like I said I could not fault any part of my order. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We ordered a product from MyTub which was acknowledged immediately. Later the same day we had a message saying it had been dispatched via TNT. When after 4 or 5 days the parcel hadnt arrived. I contacted MyTub, who immediately acknowledged receipt of my email, then later that day replied that TNT had lost the item and they were dispatching another parcel that day. This arrived on the day they had promised. Their service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending this company.

No issues really. Found the ordering process fairly straight forward. Slight confusion in regards to the stock availabilitylead times but it all ended well. Customer service very helpful.

i recently made an order with you it was ment to cost nothing foe postage and then i recived a phone call from a courier sercice called streamline and it ended up costing me an extra fifteen pound postage what is that all about . not impresed .

I am sorry but you should have been informed of the charge just after your order came through so you could have made an informed desicion. We only deliver free to the main land and this charge would have been unavoideable. Sorry again for the way this took place I am investigating who this came about.
