Great service & package arrived earlier than I thought. Only trouble is Dishwasher complettely broke down whilst waiting on the part, so had to buy another. Will you take the spray arm back into your stock as packet not even opened. Please let me know, as I will send it back if I can have a refund.

After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. Ordering was good but the delivery took 20 days due to carrier probs and poor packaging resulting in damage. All sorted out and communication was good.
