Many thanks for an accurate service. The parts arrived according to the confirmation email. Just one thing though, I had asked for a price and availability check prior to ordering and clicked through the quote to attach the details to my order, as suggested but the delivery date quoted did not match the final delivery date confirmed by email. Maybe I did something wrong, maybe I did not, either way, it was not clear but I am still happy and will use your services again, thank you.

Imagine all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas period, delays, etc. with transport generally - BUT - your firm came up trumps and delivered the spare part before Christmas - much sooner than expected, particularly when the delivery date was projected for January. Our Rada shower tap arrived today May 11th, three days later than predicted and 27 days following our order which was placed on April 14th. The produce is excellent but the delivery time was excessive and, if this is normal, should be indicated beside the illustration on your website. All communications about this have been prompt and courteous - thanks for that.

I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. I am fairly happy with your service but wonder why you CONFIRMED
DELIVERY as 26th September, but it did not arrive until the 27th
Driver had papers with 26th crossed out & replaced with 27th BUT
NOBODY LET ME KNOW!

We had confirmed the original date with the delivering branch but the driver could not physically finish his round, hence delivery the following day. We were not informed about the delay.
