Laurie was brilliant. The item I wanted was obsolete but 1 was available, I couldnt order it on the website , laurie enabled it while I was on teh phone to him. The order was delivered next day and my shower doesnt leak anymore and I can turn my water on. All enabled because laurie at mytubs cared enough to sort out my £155 order. Having been let down badly, by the appalling service of a rival supplier, I could not fault the service recieved by My Tub. Goods ordered arrived in specified time scale, online updates fantastic and even a call to tell me when it would be delivered, the best price I could find on the web for the product I required, and a sensible delivery charge too. Everything I want from a supplier. Will be using you again and recommending to friends.
The only thing that might prevent me from ordering more things, is finding them on your site. You have to know the product code to find it, pictures would be helpful, as it is really hard to tell from a product code if it will match requirements. More pictures please!
