Very happy with product ordered, but was not very happy with paying Ł12.50 for postage seeing as I ordered on 18 Dec 2010 and only received item 5 Jan 2011.

You had the exact part for an old model fire which was great, and from order to delivery was only a few days. Again, well done. The only thing that I struggled with, was the option of collecting from an outlet, of which I think were 755 places. I couldnt find the locations anywhere. Perhaps for trade only All in all great service and would use you again
