This order was a complete disaster. I originally ordered these coals to be delivered to my door, before I was then told I had to collect them from a warehouse. That warehouse turned out to be the Plumb Center who had not got the product I had ordered, but individually wrapped coals. I have no idea if I have been overcharged for the number of coals I actually received individually rather than the number of coals contained within the bag originally ordered.

The order was processed quickly and delivered on the day which was emailed to me.
The address given to the driver via the delivery note did not however have the correct house number. Im sure I printed the address correctly. The driver phoned me and I was able to give the correct house number.
Overall Im happy with the service. Thank you.

The delivery arrived eventually although there were some delays caused by a lack of stock and I was somewhat suprised to get a call on the delivery day from The Plumb Centre asking when I would be in to accept the delivery, I assumed that this item would be delivered by post. The delivery was made a couple of days later and once I had retrieved it from the bottom of our recycling bin I was eventually in a position to fit it.
the fitting of the new hinge to the existing toilet set was complicated somewhat by both the new brackets and the screws being of different sizes to the originals. Due to this I ended up having to use both the existing hinge brackets and the existing screws which annoyed my slightly as I ended up throwing away brand new items that I had just bought. Very, very impressive service for an on-line retailer !...the office kept me informed at all stages of my order and delivery both by e-mail and from the office even spoke to a "real" person who was very helpful !

The order took a very long time to be delivered mainly becuase the manufacturer was having trouble obtaining parts for an item is now one of its discontinued range.
There were two hinges and each had a different quaility finish. However as this part is no longer made I think it was furtunate to get it at all.
The regualr updates and feed back from myTub were excellent. The best from any supplier I have had dealings with. Each time I was ready to complain I found another update letting me know there was a delay and the reason. I was very impressed and would use myTub again because of the positive experience I had.
