Thank you for very prompt delivery. Only problem was the item which was not expensive required a signiature, very lucky I was just on my way out and did sign for item. I asked for delivery to be placed in secure locatation at the property but was e.mailed regarding signiature being required. Perhaps you could look at this if the buyer accepts responsibility

We e mailed to see if you could get us the part for our boiler, not really sure what we required. We received a prompt reply and once we had identified which part we needed the service was very quick and efficient.

Hi everyone, the service i have received has been excellent. Everyone has been polite and delivery came on the day stated. The only problem i have is that i cannot access my account. Good service and prices. Ordered heated mirrors and a shower screen. Delivery slightly delayed, initially notified of this. Then had to email to find out if order had arrived at depot. It had, but depot glasgow did not have a van going out to Stirling. To get the goods to me depot sent some one out in their own car to ensure I had the goods in time for my bathrooms refit. Goods arrived in perfect condition. Was very pleased.
