Sir/Madam,
I run a relatively small maintenance company where cost/profit ratio is king. I am also new to "my Tub." I placed my first order, today, over the internet, a lady called me back to ensure I was receiving best value for money for my requirements.
The lady suggested a change which I was very happy with, which means as a result I felt extremely valued and not just a number.
Now I will go to you guys first without question.

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. The product arrived promptly and was as described.
My one complaint is the packaging that was used. For the single support tube of about 12mm x 150mm, it arrived in a box that was about 300mm x 200 x 200, packed with another folded box, inflated plastic packing and was inside a padded envelope. All that was required was the padded envelope with a stiffener inside to stop the tube getting broken. In these days of trying to reduce packaging, this went totally the opposite way

Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. These two ladies are a credit to your business and are the foundation open which successful businesses are built.
