It was my first time, buying an item from MyTub. I was very pleased with the efficiency with which the order was handled and the speed with which the item was delivered.

First class product, accurately described, fairly priced and very promptly delivered. However, I did think that the delivery charge was too high. I think that there should have been an option for a lower delivery charge, combined with a longer wait for delivery. Certainly, I was in no hurry - but had no option.
