A first class service was provided by your staff. You sent me updates about my order and the items delivered were exactly what I needed to fix 2 leaking radiator valves. Having searched high and low for the type of radiator valves fitted in my house I was extremely happy when I found mytub on the internet. The K1 Radiator panels arrived as per your advice. They fit OK and are exactly as described, being good value for money. The only criticism I have is that the packaging was dreadful. The corrugated cardboard they were packed in was completely missing at one end exposing the panels to possible scratching and damage. I pointed this out to your delivery man but he didnt seem too concerned. Luckily, on this occasion, the ends of the panels were not damaged, but it could happen next time.

parts took a while to turn up but i was kept informed every step of the way, ability to pick it up from a local store was very useful, so whilst not the fastest service, my customer experience was very good.
