On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. Radiator casing arrived early on the requested day and in good condition. However, the packaging was partially open, allowing the parts supplied to be visible.

As we use our own distribution the goods are carried from the store to the van to your home, theres no need for any packing the goods are handled with care.
