Good points - Item arrived promptly, well packed and as described. Efficient service for a replacement part.
Negative points - My inbox has 11 emails from them, most of which were not necessary. Courier carriage charge of £7.20 was excessive for an item that could have been posted by Royal Mail for £2.80.

Second time I have ordered from you. There is always someone available to take a phone call with any queries and your emails kept me up to date with delivery details. Will recommend you to friends and family.

Very prompt replies. Good service. Slow despatch explained by company. However I felt the price for postage was exorbitant and would not shop again for this reason.
