Delivered on the day specified, the contact I received from you was second to none I was kept informed all the way through the order. The cheapest I have found anywhere for that toilet so I will be using you in the future. Thank you for an excellent service

I am very disapointed by the service you offered to the extent I would postively recommend others not to use your company.
To advertise products for sale, then not be able to deliver them till over 30 days after the order has been placed is not acceptable.
To insist that when buying two products it is necessary to pay seperate postage on both seems unreasonable.
When the issues were raised, the staff spoken to seemed very uninterested as it was my problem not theirs and they also did not appear to have read the messages sent to them.

Dear Mark
It is an unfortunate fact that no company in the UK today stocks every item they sell, we offer over 170,000 lines all at trade prices and sometimes less. Over 9
