The availability and the price of this product was second to none. Sadly the delivery service to the pick up depot was not to such a high standard as this very fragile part arrived in a less than adequate envelope broken despite being marked fragile. This was quickly replaced by you and was carefully looked after at the depot. An extra quid or so on better packaging would be better to speed delivery and reduce returns.

Product was a replacement for a broken room thermostat easy instructions to replace and was working within minutes :- Thank you.

Very responsive service. My only criticism is that when I went to your agent to pick up the items, I was told that I could have saved several pounds (in fact the cost of the petrol for the journey plus some more) if I had ordered directly from them. A lesson for next time!

I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Incorrect picture shown against product, resulting in having to phone mytub to confirm correct item would be sent. Helpful sales advisor confirmed picture was incorrect, but right product would be sent. Website was updated and now shows correct picture for product. Items delivered. Would use mytub again.

Item was good value for money
Waiting time for delivery seemed like forever
Item was packed in a box 40 times the size with no packing value and motor had come out of its box and was bouncing around lucky no damages
I would still recommend company
But try and pick up items from stores next time
