Service was very good and was happy with the price paid. My purchase was unfortunately broken when it was unpacked, but MyTub arranged a replacement within 24 hours.

In reply to your request - we now have thank you all our requirements. It was a prolonged procedure. The units required where not available although they were on your list of products so I had to buy them locally. Each time I asked something else was not available. Hi
While I was very impressed with the speed I received the first part I ordered, I actually ordered 2 of them & have yet to receive the second. The delivery note suggested that one was being delivered & one was on back order, but so far it hasnt turned up...
Many thanks

Kept informed throughout the delivery process. Items either received when initially expected or advised if there was a delay. I would have no hesitation in using My Tub again and would recommend to others.

Quite surprised when plumb centre delivered the goods as I had already been there to source parts and I have an account with them. Nevertheless good service parts were delivered early and fitted same day.
