Best price for the shower part we needed and it arrived very promptly too - great communication keeping us aware at every stage of what was happening. Now our daughter can have her own shower back so wont need to use our ensuite at 6.00a.m. - many thanks!

While offering best value for this product, which is why I purchased, BUT delivery time of eight working days from order is simply too long for a business user. I will have to consider this delivery delay if ordering again.

after placing initial order and paying for it i was then told my item was obsolete my tub dont stock it but they said they would source my item for me which ended up costing me £25 more than mytubs original price. i feel i could have been told before payment that they dont have items in stock leaving me free to look elsewhere or they could have quoted a price items will cost you after they order them in for you first before taking your money. not as cheap as you first appear!!
