The item was slightly smaller then the original which is discontinued. Otherwise an excellent delivery service and am satisfied with the new item.

Apart from the very late delivery, which I know was beyond My Tubs control thanks UK Mail, I know it’s a busy time of year but “Next Day” delivery was a full two days late otherwise My Tubs regular communications with me and chasing UK Mail to deliver before Christmas, were spot on. A very big thanks to Rachel, she was marvellous.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. The service I received from My Tub can only be described as 1st class. I dealt with Christine and she bent over backwards to help me.
Ordering was painless and I received my order by 10 am the following day.
The web page is both comprehensive and easy to navigate and if you don't see what you want a quick phone call will solve most problems.
