Excellent service. The item ordered was a specialist item and arrived exactly as stated in the email notification. The price was cheaper other sites and significantly cheaper than local distributor. ...Clyde DMello

I was very pleased with the product but disappointed that it took over two weeks to be delivered. The web site is good and I would probably use mytub again, delivery problems not withstanding. ...Neil Parsons

My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before. ...Alan Nicholson

Following the receipt of a damaged item, one quick phone call and a replacement was sent and the damaged item collected. Would certainly use this company again. ...Peter Clark

Unfortunately my parcel was delivered to the wrong address in Portslade. The gentleman who signed the delivery note made out it was for him although the address label was clearly for me in Southwick. The delivery driver was contacted via My Hub and was able to collect the parcel and bring it to me the next day. The parcel had been opened and there was no paperwork or fitting instructions in the box. It appears the man in Portslade did not know where he had put them. I do have to stress that when putting addresses into a sat nav the post code should be used as often road names occur in neighbouring towns. ...Frances Burt
